Most Hollywood celebrities today look glam, youthful and strong and some might say it's all because of the new craze 'Plastic Surgery'. Well, this is a fact and obviously with 90% of Hollywood stars going under the knife. One might wonder are there any natural glowing ladies left at all? Well, believe it or not to mention a few; like Halle Berry, Eva Longoria, Gwen Stefani who haven't gone under the knife and still look great. Let's take the sexy and beautiful hot mama Halle Berry for example. At the age of 46 this gorgeous Black-American sister has it all right in the right way from her curves, her legs, her flawless skin and glowing face. Halle has managed to turn heads at the age of 46!!!


Though, we have different climatic conditions from foreign countries. That not-withstanding there are easy pro-active steps we can take to maintain a good, fabulous and healthy bikini body.

Fruits: How important are fruits in our life? One might ask. Well these colorful God-given gifts to us are a blessing and a good way of flushing out toxins from they body. These keep the skin glowing and healthy and fight bacteria or diseases in the body. Citrus fruits such as oranges, pineapples and even watermelons and apples are a good and healthy way to keep the body metabolism flushed and clean.

Water: Ah, yes…like the saying goes 8glasses of water help promote a healthy lifestyle. Well, the funny thing is you don’t necessarily have to drink 8 glasses of water at a get go especially if you are not burning up the fat in your body and sweating out the water. A good way to balance out drinking water is to have a glass of water once you wakeup this puts you in a good mood throughout the day and aids easy toxic removal from the body. Keep the body moving by drinking fluids daily and reduce sugar intake also. And believe it or not, tap water is good water.

Apricot Scrub: This is such a fabulous treatment to a glowing skin. Whether you are using it for your skin, feet or face this natural exfoliator is a good way to maintain a shiny and smooth skin. Excercise: Oh! I admit even I am too lazy to maintain a regular exercise routine. Not withstanding I am going to fight that negative desire to be lazy.
